On Tuesday, January 31st beginning after 5:00 PM Pacific Time, we will perform maintenance on our mail servers. This maintenance is planned for approximately 4 hours. This is the first of several maintenance operations that will take place over the coming weeks as a staged deployment of a PCI compliance software upgrade on these servers.

During this maintenance web mail and web accessed control centers may be unavailable. POP and IMAP mail are expected to continue working normally.

******NON-SERVICE IMPACTING UPS SYSTEM MAINTENANCE******

On Tuesday, October 18th between 08:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs, we will perform preventive maintenance on several of our distribution PDU's. This maintenance will not require generator power as there will be no disruption of UPS power. Power to client equipment will not be disrupted during this maintenance.

On Wednesday, October 19th between 08:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs, we will perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems 1, 2 and 3. Power will be supplied by our generator as the UPS systems will be taken offline for the duration of this maintenance. Power to client equipment will not be disrupted during this maintenance.
